Twilight Cast Members Show Condolences for Brittany Murphy
The world lost another entertainer - “a little piece of sunshine” as Ashton Kutcher put it. As many of you know, Brittany Murphy died at the young age of 32. Some Twilight cast members have shown their condolences for Brittany:
Dakota Fanning (Jane): “My thoughts go out to her family & friends. I am just very grateful that I had the chance to work with her.”

Robert and Ashley in Twenty Most Beautiful People of the Decade
Interview Magazine has made a list of the Twenty Most Beautiful People of the Decade.
Ashley Greene and Robert Pattinson were included in the list.
ASHLEY GREENE
With five films scheduled to come out in the next year, it’s safe to say that Ashley Greene is riding the momentum from the absurd Twilight wave. The young vampire with the psychic abilities—she also has the power to make girls literally break down in tears in public—has already survived a sex-tape scandal, so that’s out of her teen idol system. But how far into her own future can she see? From where we’re standing, the near-future, at least, looks promising.

“I grew up in a house that would be perfect to set a horror movie in. It was out in the country, right on the water. I’m glad I never got to see scary movies when I was young. Otherwise I would have imagined things coming out of the lake.
ROBERT PATTINSON
A bit of Brando, a twinge of Dean, the Twilight star possesses that slightly strange alien quality that turns brooding good looks into the iconic. He has just enough edge to make teens and tabloids go into “crazed hunter” mode—have you seen Robsessed?—but also a disarming, slightly crippling self-awareness. It’s early yet for Pattinson, but we’re eagerly awaiting part two of his entertaining saga.
On life before Twilight:
“We spent the better part of a year just getting drunk every night… “I don’t know if that counts as ‘struggling.’”

She co-stars in that hit film series ‘Twilight,’ and just snagged a National Board of Review prize for her naively overconfident, quick-witted turn as a newbie firing-agent in Jason Reitman’s ‘Up in the Air.’ At only 24, Kendrick has proved to be a mighty talent in both comedy and drama, garnering a heap of Oscar buzz going toe-to-toe with George Clooney in ‘Air.’

Rob Pattinson Beats Johnny Depp in the Top Stars of 09
For 5 years Johnny Depp has dominated the scene for just about every category, well times they are a changing and there is a new vampire in town. The Twilight Saga’s Robert Pattinson who plays mind reader Edward Cullen, in the series has now taken over the number 1 spot that was once claimed by Depp.
“Team Jacob” didn’t disappoint him as Taylor Lautner, who plays the shirtless lycanthrope Jacob Black, again from “New Moon,” rounds out the top five. Lautner bumps out last year’s No. 5, Angelina Jolie, who ends up at No. 12.
“New Moon’s” representation didn’t end there. Numerous other actors from the film appear in the top 25, underscoring “New Moon’s” popularity. Dakota Fanning, who plays the Volturi vampire Jane, is at No. 8; Ashley Greene, who plays Edward’s effervescent sister Alice is at No. 11; Nikki Reed, Edward’s brooding sister Rosalie, is at No. 15 and Jackson Rathbone, who plays Jasper, is just outside of the top 25 at No. 26.
IMDb.com uses a cool tool called the STARmeter, that tracks the readers interests. Kristen Stewart ranked in at number 2. Daddy C, Peter Facinelli was even in on the action and was ranked at number 37, Kellan Lutz came in at number 39. K-11 Postponed?
Before buzz from “The Twilight Saga: New Moon” even died down, chatter about Kristen Stewart’s upcoming slate of films – including “The Runaways” and “Welcome to the Rileys” – picked up.
Now there are online rumors that “K-11,” directed by Stewart’s mother Jules Mann-Stewart and costarring “Twilight” mate Nikki Reed, might be postponed or lost in the mix. Spurred by initial reports that had filming scheduled for last summer and then for January 2010, fans began to worry that the production had encountered major problems.
A source close to Stewart tells Gossip Cop the film is in development but not shooting in January. It was described to us as happening but not imminent, because several elements still had to come together, including Stewart’s schedule.

Summit Entertainment tweeted that Eclipse will be available in IMAX theaters. Below is more information on this.Another 200K exclusive! ECLIPSE will also be available in IMAX theatres on 6/30/10.

With the huge money The Twilight Saga has been making at theaters, it’s no surprise everyone wants it in IMAX. This way, theater owners can charge more for tickets and everyone involved can make more money. It’s just unfortunate they didn’t film any of the movie using IMAX cameras when it was in production. Of course, with The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn still to be shot, perhaps the final chapter will be a real IMAX release and Twilight fans will be able to see Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner fill the whole screen.
“Twilight moviegoers will have a whole new way to experience this next installment of the series, with the enhanced image and sound quality of The IMAX Experience putting them IN the movie,” said Richie Fay, Summit Entertainment’s President of Domestic Theatrical Distribution. “The IMAX release puts us on the event film calendar for 2010, and we’re very excited to work with IMAX to bring a new kind of film to the IMAX theatre network.”
